And because budgets are everyone's concern, you'll also receive a 10% discount off the best regular fare available. We also allow for free name changes on your meeting and convention bookings up to 24 hours prior to initial departure.
Booking your meeting or convention travel is easy with WestJet
- Call our Specialty Sales team for your meeting and convention quote and flight availability. We will supply you with an account number, which can be given to your attendees so they will receive the special rate at the time for their booking.
- WestJet operates without tickets; we will fax or mail each guest a personalized itinerary with a confirmation number.
- Full payment by credit card is due at the time of booking.
Change guidelines
- Name changes are permitted, at no charge, up to 24 hours
prior to departure.
- Name changes less than 24 hours prior to departure are
subject to a $40 CAD/USD fee, per name change.
- Itinerary (flight) changes are permitted up to two hours
prior to departure and are subject to a $50 CAD/USD per guest
change fee plus any applicable fare upgrades.
Cancellation guidelines
- Cancellations are permitted up to two hours prior to departure.
- A cancellation fee of $50 CAD/USD is assessed per guest with the
balance placed in a WestJet credit file to be used for future
travel, valid for one year.
- Any cancellations that are made less than two hours prior
to departure are both non-refundable and non-creditable.
