Our everyday low fares make travel affordable at any time for groups of 10 or more. Group reservations require only a $50 CAD/USD per person deposit. You may also wait until seven days prior to departure to provide guests' names, and name changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure at no additional charge.

Groups receive special benefits when flying with WestJet including:

Special payment plan: Group reservations require only a $50/person non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the fare is due one month prior to departure.
Group may wait until 7 days prior to departure to provide guests' names.
Name changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure at no additional charge.
There are no minimum or maximum stay restrictions.
We book one-way fares.
There are no blackout dates.
All major credit cards are accepted.

Book a group of 10 or more by July 31 for travel until December 15, 2008 to receive a WestJet future travel credit (FTC). FTC is $50 for groups between 10 and 25 guests or $100 for groups larger than 26. FTC to be issued to the individual who books the group and is fully transferable. Valid for one year from issue date towards a future WestJet air only booking and not applicable towards group, online or WestJet Vacations bookings. New bookings only
